Suzanne M. Austin, 69, of Niagara Falls, NY, passed away on August 9, 2023 at Mt. St. Mary’s Hospital in Lewiston, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, NY, she was the daughter of the late Melvin and Jeanette (Morowski) Austin.
Sue was a graduate of Niagara Falls High School. She was employed for over 20 years with the Niagara Falls Board of Education in Food Preparation, mainly working at Henry J. Kalfas Elementary School, where she was very well loved and respected by all. Sue enjoyed going to the casino with her friends and attending Chinese auctions. Above all, she cherished the time she spent with her family, and loved being at all family events and celebrations.
Sue is survived by her siblings, Joann (Ron) Kurek, Paul Austin, Michael (Cathy) Austin, and Jim (Dorothy) Austin, as well as by many loving nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister, Sharon (late Charles) Guarino.
