On July 10, 2023, Sheriff Filicetti announced the arrest of Bridget Bauer, 59 of Lockport, NY. Following an investigation by the Niagara County Drug Task Force, Bauer was arrested and has been indicted on the following felony charges:
- Criminal possession of a controlled Substance with intent to sell 3rd
- Criminal possession of a controlled substance 4th
Bauer was held in Niagara County Jail pending arraignment.
