An inmate of the Chautauqua County Jail is facing aggravated harassment charges following an incident at the jail on June 21.
According to the Chautauqua County Sheriff’s Office, an investigation into the incident concluded that David L. Corsi II, who is currently incarcerated in the Chautauqua County Jail became disorderly and failed to follow orders.
During the incident, Corsi II defecated into his hand and attempted to throw his feces at Correctional Officers. On 7-6-23, Corsi II was arraigned at CAP on one count of Aggravated Harassment of an employee by an incarcerated Individual and will answer the charge out of the Town of Chautauqua Court.
