NCSO announces welfare fraud arrests

LOCKPORT — Sheriff Michael J. Filicetti, in partnership with the Niagara County Department of Social Services and the Niagara County District Attorney’s Office announces that during the second quarter of 2023, twenty three (23) individuals were arrested by the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office on charges connected to welfare fraud within Niagara County. The following is a list of individuals arrested and their associated charges:

• Yvonne Bower, 56yof, arrested on two counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4^th.
• Donna Reinbolt, 53yof, arrested on two counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4^th.
• Shantrice Scott, 40yof, arrested on one count of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4^th.
• Essence Spencer, 24yof, arrested on one count of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4th.
• Nakema Ashe, 47yof, was arrested on three counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4^th.
• Beatrice Russell, 54yof, arrested for Offer to File False Instrument 1st, Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4th. 
• Michael Collins, 62yom arrested for Offer to File False Instrument 1st, Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4th.
• Kyna Shimmel, 27yof, arrested for Offer to File False Instrument 1st, Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4^th.
• Emeara Palmer, 29yof, arrested on four counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4^th.
• Adam Ligammare, 37yom, arrested on one count of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st.
• Sara Hutson, 33yof, arrested on four counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4^th.
• Francine Owens, 51yof, arrested on two counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Welfare Fraud 5th and Petit Larceny.
• Lillian McAleer, 26yof, arrested on one count of Welfare Fraud 4th and Grand Larceny 4^th.
• Arthur Chittenden Jr., 45yom, arrested on two counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Welfare Fraud 4th and Grand Larceny 4th.
• Brandon Roe, 24yom, arrested for Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4^th.
• Stephanie Stallworth, 37yof, arrested for Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4^th.
• Sandy Lewis, 28yof, arrested for Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4^th.
• Sarah Harris, 33yof, arrested for Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 1st
• Johnette Mosby, 30yof, arrested for Offering to File False Instrument 1^st
• Christopher Brown, 41yom, arrested on four counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4^th.
• Dominique Hughes, 31yof, arrested on one count of Welfare Fraud 4th, Grand Larceny 4th and Offering.
• Latesha Burch, 37yof, arrested on two counts of Offering a False Instrument for Filing 1st, one count of Grand Larceny 4th and Welfare Fraud 4^th.
