On June 30, 2023, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Udeme C. Ukutt, 43 of Lockport, NY for driving while intoxicated.
On June 30, 2023, Troopers conducted a road check on Transit Rd. in the town of Clarence. Ukutt was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Clarence for processing. Ukutt recorded a .17% BAC.
Ukutt was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Clarence court for July 13, 2023.
