On June 30, 2023, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Michael A. Zak, 63 of Lockport, NY for driving while intoxicated.
On June 30, 2023, Troopers conducted a road check on Transit Rd. in the town of Clarence. Zak was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Clarence for processing.
Zak was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Clarence court for July 13, 2023.
