On June 16, 2023 at 2:38 pm, Troopers out of SP Lockport arrested Raymond D. Richards Jr, 39 of Akron, NY for Driving while Ability Impaired Drugs and other traffic violations.
On June 16, 2023, Troopers stopped Richards on Dysinger Road in the town of Lockport for a traffic infraction. While interviewing Richards, he exhibited indicators of drug impairment. Richards was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFSTs. Richards was transported to SP Lockport for processing.
Richards was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Lockport court for a later date in July 2023.
