On June 16, 2023 at 09:10 am, Troopers out of SP Lockport arrested Matthew E. Jones, 20 of Clarence, NY for Petit Larceny.
On June 16, 2023, Troopers were dispatched to Tops on South Transit Road in the town of Lockport for a reported larceny complaint. Troopers worked with Tops loss prevention, and it was found that Jones took merchandise and concealed it, passing all points of purchase without paying. Jones was transported to SP Lockport for processing.
Jones was issued an appearance ticket returnable to the town of Lockport court for a later date in July 2023.
