On May 27, 2023, Troopers out of SP Boston arrested Terence P. Maracle., 36, of Colden, NY, for Criminal obstruction of breathing and Harassment 2nd.
SP Boston Troopers investigated a domestic dispute on Lower East Hill Road, in the town of Colden. Troopers determined that Terence P. Maracle was responsible for causing injury to the victim. Maracle was arrested and processed at SP Boston. He was arraigned in the town of Colden court and released with an order of protection.
