On May 27, 2023, SP Machias Troopers arrested James R. Frazier, 60, of Franklinville, NY for Assault 3rd Degree.
Troopers investigating an altercation which occurred at a residence on Weller Road in the town of Franklinville determined Frazier had assaulted another party, causing injury to them.
Frazier was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Franklinville Town Court, where he is due to appear in June.
