On May 26, 2023, Troopers out of SP Warsaw arrested Nigar E. Kapilevich., 45, of Lancaster, NY, for Aggravated DWI Leandra’s Law.
During a traffic stop on Harris Hill Road in the town of Clarence, Kapilevich was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Kapilevich had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. Kapilevich had failed standardized field sobriety tests. She was arrested and transported to SP Clarence, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.19% BAC. Kapilevich was released with appearance tickets for the town of Clarence court, where she is due to appear at a later date.
