On December 14, 2022, SP Machias Troopers arrested Michelle L. Perrington, 33, of Delevan, NY, for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle and Aggravated Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree.
Troopers investigating a report of the theft of a vehicle from a residence on Mill Street in the village of Delevan determined Perrington had stolen the vehicle, and subsequently located both Perrington and the vehicle at a residence in the town of Ashford.
Perrington was arrested and released with appearance tickets for Yorkshire Town Court, where she is due to appear in January.
