On December 16, 2022, the Bureau of Criminal Investigation stationed at SP Boston arrested Gordon C. Robinson, 51 of Eden, NY for Possessing a Sexual Performance by a Child (E Felony), Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3ed degree (D Felony), Criminal Possession of a Weapon 3rd degree- large capacity feeding device (D Felony).
The Bureau of Criminal Investigation out of SP Boston with the assistance from the Troop A Computer Crimes Unit, conducted an Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) investigation in the town of Eden. Investigation determined Robinson possessed child pornography and an AR-15 with high-capacity magazines.
The mission of the ICAC Task Force is to identify individuals online who are attempting to lure children to meet for sex or those disseminating child sexual abuse material.
Robinson was arraigned in the town of West Seneca Court and was released on own recognizance and scheduled to return to the town of Eden Court in December 2022.
