On Sunday July 10, 2022, Troopers out of SP Boston arrested Hilario Maldonado JR., 30 of Olean, NY for criminal possession of drug with intent to sell, criminal possession contraband, aggravated unlicensed operation, unlicensed driver and operate moving vehicle while using electronic device.
On July 10, 2022, Troopers stopped Maldonado for speeding on SR 219 in the town of Boston. Maldonado was found in possession of drugs. Maldonado was arrested and taken to SP Boston for processing.
Maldonado was arraigned in the town of Boston.
Maldonado is to appear in the town of Boston court on July 25, 2022.
