On Sunday July 11, 2022, Troopers out of SP Elma arrested Sue A Winklhofer, 57 of Depew, NY for driving while intoxicated, driving while using electronic device and no headlights or taillights.
On July 10, 2022, Troopers stopped Winklhofer on French Rd. in the town of Lancaster for traveling with no operable headlights or taillights. Winklhofer was placed under arrest after failing SFST’s and transported to SP Elma for processing. Winklhofer recorded a .13% BAC.
Winklhofer was issued traffic tickets returnable to the town of Lancaster court for July 21, 2022.
