On April 15th, 2022, New York State Troopers arrested David Ferras, 34, of Buffalo, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Ferras was pulled over on I-90 in Batavia for a traffic violation and after failing several SFSTs, Ferras was placed under arrest. Ferras was transported to SP Batavia where he provided a breath sample of .16. Ferras was then processed, issued tickets and released. Ferras is scheduled to appear in the town of Batavia Court next month.
