On April 13, 2022, SP Olean Troopers arrested Joshua D. White, 34, of Olean, NY, for Petit Larceny and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree.
Troopers investigating a shoplifting complaint at Walmart in the town of Allegany determined White had stolen an axe valued at $53.77. Troopers discovered White to be in possession of Methamphetamine.
White was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Allegany Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
