On February 10, 2022, SP Olean Troopers arrested Dwayne Motley,52, and Alyssa M. Whitwood, 25, of Olean, NY for three counts of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree and one count of Controlled Substance not in original container.
Troopers investigating an unrelated complaint on North 3rd St in the city of Olean observed Motley in his vehicle and in possession of cocaine. A probable cause search of the operator of the vehicle, Whitwood, Motley, and the vehicle yielded additional crack, a Buprenorphine Hydrochloride, suboxone.
Motley and Whitwood was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Olean City Court, where they are due to appear in March.
