On February 9, 2022, SP Olean Troopers arrested Daniel R. Gleason, 33, of Portville, NY for Burglary 3rd Degree.
Troopers investigating a shoplifting complaint at Walmart in the town of Allegany determined Gleason had stolen merchandise and was previously issued a no trespass by Walmart.
Gleason was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Allegany Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
