On February 9, 2022, SP Olean Troopers arrested Jayme B. Racine, 29, of Franklinville, NY, for Petit Larceny.
Troopers investigating a shoplifting complaint at Walmart in the town of Allegany determined Racine had stolen merchandise valued at $62.34.
Racine was arrested and released with an appearance ticket for Allegany Town Court, where she is due to appear later this month.
