On February 22nd, 2022, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Deborah Leroy, 40, of Frewsburg, for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree.
The Troopers received a report from a Frewsburg resident claiming that he left his truck on his property on 2/21/22 but when he returned on 2/22/22, the truck was gone. Troopers located Leroy with the stolen truck in the city of Jamestown and subsequently placed her under arrest. Leroy was processed at SP Jamestown and released with an appearance ticket. Leroy is scheduled to appear in the town of Carroll Court next month.
