On February 21st, 2022, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Gavin Locke, 20, of Ocala, Florida, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
Locke was pulled over on I-86 in Stow for speeding and after failing several SFSTs, Locke was placed under arrest. Locke was transported to SP Jamestown where he was evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of cannabis and a depressant. A blood sample was secured from Locke at UPMC Hospital in Jamestown. Locke was then transported back to SP Jamestown where he was processed and issued tickets. Locke is scheduled to appear in the town of North Harmony Court next month.
