On February 22nd, 2022, New York State Troopers arrested Julio Morales, 45, of Dunkirk, for Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle 3rd Degree.
The Troopers received a complaint from Enterprise Rent A Car, claiming that Morales was supposed to return a 2020 Nissan Altima on 2/7/22. Morales was later located with the vehicle by Dunkirk Police Officers. Morales was placed under arrest, processed at SP Fredonia and released with an appearance ticket. Morales is scheduled to appear in the town of Dunkirk Court next month.
