On February 5, 2022, Troopers out of SP Clarence arrested Donald W. Myers., 26, of North Tonawanda, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
During a traffic stop on Interstate 90 in the town of Cheektowaga, Myers was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Myers had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. Myers had failed standardized field sobriety tests. He was arrested, transported and processed at SP Clarence, where he refused to submit a chemical test. Myers was released with appearance tickets for the town of Cheektowaga court, where he is due to appear at a later date.
