On February 13th, 2022, New York State Troopers arrested Victor Gonzalez, 30, of Buffalo, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
Gonzalez was pulled over for a traffic violation on Bennett Road in Fredonia and exhibited multiple signs of drug impairment. Gonzalez was placed under arrest and transported to Brooks Memorial Hospital where he provided a blood sample. Gonzalez was then processed at SP Fredonia, issued tickets and released. Gonzalez is scheduled to appear in the town of Pomfret Court next month.
