New York State Police have released the name of the driver who was shot and killed by a NYSP Trooper on Saturday, as well as the name of the Trooper.
State Police are identifying the Trooper involved in Saturday’s officer-involved shooting in Buffalo as Trooper Anthony Nigro, a 14-year veteran of the New York State Police and assigned to SP Buffalo.
The deceased driver is identified as James Huber, 38, of North East, Pennsylvania.
