On January 29, 2022, SP Olean Troopers arrested Ronald D. McPeek, 70, of Hinsdale, NY, for Driving While Intoxicated.
Troopers investigating a disabled vehicle complaint on Morgan Hollow Road in the town of Allegany observed McPeek exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication and determined he had been operating a motor vehicle while in an intoxicated condition. He refused standardized field sobriety tests and was arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a chemical breath test revealed him to have a 0.10% BAC.
McPeek was arraigned in Allegany Town Court, where he was released on his own recognizance. He is scheduled to reappear in Allegany Town Court at a later date.
