On January 28th, 2022, Troopers out of SP Jamestown arrested Joseph Chadwick, 20, of Cherry Creek, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
Chadwick was pulled over for committing several traffic violations on Foote Avenue in Jamestown and after failing several SFSTs, Chadwick was placed under arrest. Chadwick was transported to SP Jamestown where he was evaluated by a New York State Police Drug Recognition Expert and determined to be under the influence of cannabis. Chadwick provided a blood sample at UPMC Hospital in Jamestown and after being transported back to SP Jamestown, Chadwick was processed. Chadwick was released with traffic tickets and is scheduled to appear in the city of Jamestown Court next month.
