On June 8, 2021, at 9:30 pm, Troopers out of SP Boston arrested Clint P Bieber, 49 of Concord, NY for Driving While Intoxicated and driving on the shoulder of the roadway.
On June 8, 2021 Troopers stopped Bieber on State Route 400 in the town of Elma, Bieber was exhibiting signs of impairment. Troopers determined Bieber had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. Bieber had failed standardized field sobriety tests.
Bieber was arrested and transported to SP Elma, where a chemical breath test revealed a 0.13% BAC. Bieber was released with appearance tickets for the town of Elma court, where Bieber is due to appear at a later date.
