On March 15, 2021, SP Machias Troopers arrested Daniel J. Jennings Sr., 58, of Springville, NY and Summer J. Mathews, 39, of Delevan, NY each for Criminal Possession of a Firearm.
Troopers investigating a suspicious vehicle complaint on Folts Road in the town of Ashford located the vehicle with both subjects inside. A subsequent probable cause search revealed an unregistered pistol.
Both were arrested and released with appearance tickets for Ashford Town Court, where they are due to appear in May.
