On August 6, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Zachary S. Johnston, 24, of Allegany, NY, for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs.
During a traffic stop on Parkside Drive in the town of Carrollton, Troopers determined Johnston had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Johnston was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a Drug Recognition Expert evaluation confirmed impairment.
Johnston was released with appearance tickets for Carrollton Town Court, where he is due to appear later this month.
