On August 1, 2020, SP Olean Troopers arrested Kristen M. Walker, 31, of Kenmore, NY, for two counts of Aggravated Driving While Intoxicated (With a Child Passenger Less Than 16), Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, and Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended Registration.
During a traffic stop on State Route 16 in the town of Ischua, Troopers determined Walker had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition with two children in the vehicle. She failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Walker was then arrested and transported to SP Olean, where a Drug Recognition Expert evaluation confirmed impairment.
Walker was released with appearance tickets for Ischua Town Court, where she is due to appear later this month.
