CLARENCE — On April 28, 2020, SP Clarence Troopers arrested Michael H. Lipinski, 26, of Lancaster, NY for Petit Larceny and Resisting Arrest.
An off-duty Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority Officer had observed Lipinski shoplift items from the Home Depot on Transit Road in the town of Clarence. The off-duty officer placed Lipinski under arrest after a brief struggle. The total value of the stolen items was approximately $500.00. Lipinski was turned over to an SP Clarence Troopers.
Lipinski was issued appearance tickets for Petit Larceny and Resisting Arrest for future arraignment in the Town of Clarence Court.
