PRESS RELEASE
On April 26, 2020, SP Clarence Troopers arrested Joseph A. Kolberg, 28, of Clarence, NY for Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs and the violation of Unlawful Possession of Marihuana in the 2nd degree.
Kolberg was operating his 2016 Kia on Main Street in the Town of Newstead when he was stopped for operating erratically. Further investigation revealed Kolberg had been operating a vehicle while in an impaired condition. He was also found to be in possession of a small amount of marihuana. Kolberg was arrested and transported to SP Newstead where he was evaluated by a Drug Recognition Expert (DRE).
Kolberg was released with appearance tickets for the Town of Clarence Court for future arraignment.
