PRESS RELEASE
On March 31, 2020, SP Machias Troopers arrested Kenny R. Everts, 38, of Franklinville, NY and Stephanie L. Szabo, 41, of Arcade, NY for Burglary 3rd Degree.
Troopers investigating a complaint at a residence on State Route 98 in the town of Freedom determined both parties had entered the home illegally.
Both were arrested and released with appearance tickets returnable to Freedom Town Court, where they are due to appear in May.
