PRESS RELEASE
On March 31, 2020, SP Amity Troopers arrested Vincent F. Carcone, 23, of Belmont, NY and Tiffany A. Maine, 22, of Herkimer, NY for Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance 7th Degree, Criminal Use of Drug Paraphernalia 2nd Degree, and Possession of a Hypodermic Instrument.
During a traffic stop on Interstate 86 in the town of Angelica, Troopers determined both parties were in possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia. Both were then arrested and transported to SP Amity for processing.
Both were released with appearance tickets for Angelica Town Court, where they are due to appear in May.
