James M. ‘Jimmy’ Cali, 59, of Niagara Falls, NY passed away on Sunday, September 8th, 2019 at Niagara Hospice House in Lockport, NY. Born in Niagara Falls, he was the son of the late Russell and Tabby (Riggi) Cali.
Jimmy attended local schools, he was an accomplished Cement Mason Finisher for 25 years and a member of Plaster and Cement Masons Local # 111. Jimmy enjoyed being with his family at holiday gatherings, and most of all , sharing time with his nieces.
James is survived by his stepmother, Patricia Cali, brothers Thomas and Peter (Daniella) Cali, his sisters, Lisa (Michael) Barrett and Rebecca Cudahee, and by many cherished nieces, aunts, cousins and friends. He was predeceased by his sister, Catharine (Mark) Taggart.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 12th, from 4 – 8 PM at M.J. COLUCCI & SON NIAGARA FUNERAL CHAPEL 2730 MILITARY ROAD, NIAGARA FALLS, NY where funeral services will begin on Friday at 9:15 AM followed by Jimmy’s Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Family Parish at St. Joseph Church, 1413 Pine Avenue, Niagara Falls, NY at 10 AM. Interment in St. Joseph Cemetery, Niagara Falls, NY. Memorials in Jimmy’s honor may be sent to St. Jude Children’s Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105.
