CANEADEA — A 37-year-old Caneadea woman was charged Friday with four counts each of failure to provide sustenance and four counts of failure to provide proper food and drink to impounded animals.
According to New York State Police, Along with Allegany County SPCA Investigators, Troopers investigated a complaint of four malnourished and neglected dogs at a residence on Council House Road in the town of Caneadea. Troopers determined Terri A. Mura had neglected the dogs.
Mura was arrested and issued appearance tickets for Caneadea Town Court, where she is due to appear later this month.
