YORKSHIRE — A 47-year-old Warsaw man was charged Tuesday with driving while intoxicated following a crash investigation. 


According to New York State Police, during their investigation of a motorcycle accident on State Route 16, Brent L. Jordan, the driver, was exhibiting obvious signs of intoxication. Troopers determined he had been operating a motor vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He failed standardized field sobriety tests at the scene. Jordan was transported to Bertrand Chaffee Hospital for treatment.

Jordan was arrested and released with appearance tickets for Yorkshire Town Court, where he is due to appear in October.
