BEMUS POINT — A 34-year-old East Otto man was charged earlier today with second-degree unlawful possession of marijuana.
According to New York State Police, Robert Aldrow was pulled over on I-86 in Bemus Point for speeding. During the traffic stop, Aldrow was found to be in possession of a glass container of marijuana and a pipe containing marijuana residue. Aldrow was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Ellery Court later in the month.
