CLARKSVILLE — A 51-year-old Florida man was charged Thursday with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana following a traffic stop.
According to New York State Police, during a traffic stop on SR305, Philip T. Begley was found to be in possession of approximately 82.5 grams of marijuana. Begley was then arrested and transported to SP Amity for processing.
Begley was issued an appearance ticket for Clarksville Town Court, where he is due to appear in September.
