SHELDON — A 39-year-old Jamaica man was charged early Saturday morning with driving while intoxicated and operating vehicle without stop lamps following a traffic stop on SR 20A.
According to New York State Police, Troopers stopped Kemal E. Gadwah for inadequate brake lights. He was placed under arrest after failing failing multiple SFST’s and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. He recorded a .09% BAC.
Gadwah was remanded to the Wyoming County jail and issued traffic tickets returnable to town of Sheldon court on August 6, 2019.
