PIKE — A 62-year-old Rochester man was charged Saturday with driving while intoxicated, moving from lane unsafely and failure to keep right following a crash on SR 39. 


According to New York State Police, Troopers were dispatched to a motor vehicle accident on Griffith Road and SR39, where a vehicle had gone off the roadway and was in a ditch. Francisco DeJesus was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFST’s and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. He recorded a .20 percent blood alcohol content. 


DEJESUS was issued traffic tickets returnable to town of Pike court on Aug. 6.
