BENNINGTON — A 22-year-old Delevan woman was charged late Sunday with driving while intoxicated, drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle, fail to keep right, speed over 55mph, failed to change address with the DMV, and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on SR 77.
According to New York State Police, Anita B. Williams was stopped for speeding. She was placed under arrest after failing multiple SFST’s and transported to SP Warsaw for processing. She recorded a .13% BAC and was issued traffic tickets returnable to town of Bennington court on Aug. 12.
