KENNEDY — A 23-year-old Jamestown woman was charged on Saturday with second-degree harassment by New York State Police.

According to NYSP, Troopers responded to a residence in Kennedy for a report of a past-tense harassment complaint.  Investigation revealed that Alicia Tanner had slapped and shoved the victim, and threatened his life.
