Eric Thrall passed away on Friday January 18, 2019, in Niagara Falls. Born in Lockport on December 13, 1970, he was the son of Patricia (John) Budaj Goetz and the late James Thrall.
Beside his mother, Eric is survived by his brother, Craig (Meg) Thrall and his fiancé Shannon Soloman.
