STEAMBURG — A 44-year-old Bronx man was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on I-86.
According to New York State Police, Daniel Pagan was pulled over for speeding. While speaking to Pagan, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Pagan and his vehicle revealed a bag containing five grams of marijuana. Pagan was issued an appearance ticket and a speeding ticket and is scheduled to appear in the town of Cold Spring Court on a later date.
