FINDLEY LAKE — A 43-year-old Cleveland, Ohio man was charged Saturday with unlawful possession of marijuana following a traffic stop on I-86.
According to New York State Police, David Harris as pulled over for a traffic violation. While speaking to Harris, the Troopers smelled marijuana emanating from inside the vehicle. A search of Harris and his vehicle revealed a bag containing five grams of marijuana and two marijuana cigarettes. Harris was placed under arrest and was issued an appearance ticket and a traffic ticket. Harris is scheduled to appear in the town of Mina Court next month.
