A 28-year-old Jamestown man was charged with Criminal Contempt 2nd Degree on October 30, 2018 following a traffic stop related to a domestic disturbance.
According to New York State Troopers, officers pulled over a vehicle on I-86 in Kennedy as it fit the described vehicle in a possible domestic incident. Investigation revealed that there was an order of protection against Marshall Robbins, the driver, and that the protected party was the female passenger. Robbins was placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed.
Robbins was then arraigned in the City of Jamestown Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail.
