A 43-year-old Lakewood man was arrested as a Fugitive of Justice on October 8, 2018 following a routine traffic stop.
According to New York State Troopers, Brian Green was pulled over on Route 394 in North Harmony for a traffic violation. A check of Green’s license revealed that he was wanted by the Bleckley County Sheriff Department for a Violation of Georgia Criminal Substance Act and traffic violations. Green was placed under arrest, transported to SP Jamestown and processed.
Green was then arraigned in the town of North Harmony Court and remanded to the Chautauqua County Jail, awaiting extradition to Georgia.
